NEWBORN/BABIES
Ideally newborn sessions take place during the first two weeks after birth - babies adopt curly womb like position naturally - this looks beautiful on their photos; babies fall asleep more easily and sleep deeper, they are calmer as are not prone to colics yet.
If it is not possible to schedule a newborn session during the first two weeks after the baby is born, we have a limited availability to hold a session up until 6 weeks (please consult us if it is possible). Please note that many newborn positions will not be possible for such older babies. During these sessions we take more awake images as well as photos with parents and siblings. Most often, the baby will need to be swaddled - to be comfortable and secure during the newborn photoshoot.
Sessions for newborn babies most often take place in studio. Weather permitting newborn photoshoot could sometimes take place outside. Newborn photo sessions at clients' home are best suited for big families, for clients who wish to feature their home in their newborn photo album, families that for cultural reasons do not bring the newborns outside during the first weeks of life... (please consult us as we have a limited availability for newborn photo sessions at clients' home).
The studio has every accessory you could imagine for your bundle of joy and their newborn photoshoot - bonnets and hats, headbands, knitted animal toys, rompers, flowers, baskets, little wooden beds, buckets, wraps...
The prices for the newborn photo sessions in our Brussels studio start with EUR 295 for a mini session of 1.5 h. All our photo packages include both professional prints and digital photo files. Special promotional packages are available for full pregnancy and newborn photo sessions reserved at the same time (saving EUR 100).
In addition to the newborn session, different sessions are proposed to capture major milestones in your baby's development during the first year of life: being able to hold up lying on their tummy; sitting up without support; starting to crawl; first birthday (discovery of their first cake and smashing it, bath after the cake smash or simply sitting up playing).
Parents have as much fun as babies during these sessions!
We offer beautiful handmade photographic products to display and enjoy your photos - albums, canvasses, fine art prints...
